First met in the Hag’s Lair when Rafe Capashan was captured by Miranda of Bones. They shared a cell and shared a brief story. She was tricked into capture my Miranda posing as a trusted associate of hers and witnessed the murder of her dear friend Hamlin.
After being freed from the hag’s lair and accompanying The Order of the Owlbear, she was eventually returned to her family safely in Flagstone
Alicia invited The Order of the Owlbear to come and witness an upcoming ceremony of hers, and within a few weeks time, invitations came and the Order did, indeed, take part and witness her coming of age ceremony.
To the shock and surprise of the rest of the order, it seems that this little girl and the family are not a group of humans. They revealed themselves as a type of animal shifting people – having been touched by the Raven Queen herself it seems. The family has the ability to shape shift into humanoid Ravens. At the end of this ceremony, Alicia accepts the invitation to join “The Kindness” and she, too, shifts into a raven.
With the ceremony complete, Rafe presents her with a newly forged shortsword as a gift from The Order of the Owlbear and as token of their allegiance.
