Originally a noble from the city of Kher, located along the land of Akoum on the southern continent, Jesper’s journey has brought him here out of desperation. After the failed attempt with the free leaguers group known as the Blue Birds, he sought another avenue to reach the Markovs.
This inevitably lead to a meeting with the Order to which he explained his situation. Unlike the blessings of the noble house he seeks, it seems his sister, Rionya suffers from the full curse of vampirism. He now seeks a way to break it or for her to become like those he hopes have the answer.
The Order has agreed to help Jesper in return for sharing the information and location of Lana Trebain.
