The man known to exist within Dakmor Tower and is presumed to be one of the Chronarchs. Perennial met this man while researching The Fateclasp.
He is also suspected to be linked to [character:7198628|Rafe] as he shares a near identical marking on his neck like [character:7198628|Rafe] does. He even looks to be of extremely close resemblance, with the exception of him looking older, with tall hair and a thick beard.
